摘 要:为提升热压烧结金刚石锯片刀头的性能,降低刀头激光焊接难度,满足工程实践对金刚石锯片刀头质量的要求,设计正交试验,通过极差分析研究了烧结工艺对金刚石锯片刀头胎体致密度的影响规律,并且通过SEM显微组织分析、硬度、抗弯强度测试验证了正交试验结果。研究得出:烧结温度对金刚石锯片刀头胎体致密度影响最为显著、烧结压力的影响次之、保温时间的影响最小,并且在正交试验最优工艺参数条件下,刀头胎体硬度、抗弯强度达到最大值。In order to improve the performance of hot pressed sintered diamond saw blade heads,reduce the difficulty of laser welding of the blade heads,and meet the quality requirements of engineering practice for diamond saw blade heads,an orthogonal experiment was designed to study the influence of sintering technology on the density of the diamond saw blade head matrix through range analysis.The orthogonal experiment results were verified by SEM microstructure analysis,hardness,and bending strength testing.The study found that sintering temperature has the most significant effect on the density of diamond saw blade body,followed by sintering pressure,and the effect of insulation time is the smallest.Moreover,under the optimal process parameters of orthogonal experiment,the hardness and bending strength of the blade body reach their maximum values.
