摘 要:环形套筒石灰窑自德国引进以来,被多家钢铁厂广泛使用,成为高活性度冶金石灰生产的主流窑型。套筒窑具有活性石灰产品质量高、燃料适应性强、综合能耗低、操作安全、设备维护方便、作业率高、投资成本低、环保水平高、占地面积小、可用灰石粒度范围大等优点。但对于以转炉煤气、高炉煤气和焦炉煤气的混合气体作为燃料的气烧套筒窑,其废气管道及换热器集束管顶部易堆积大量粉尘,造成换热器工作效率急剧下降,不能满足生产要求,被迫停窑检修,检修及运行成本高居不下。本文对气烧套筒窑废气系统的积灰机理进行分析,并开展了在废气横管增加冷介质工艺吹扫、在换热器顶部增加自动脉冲清灰装置等方面的技术攻关,极大缓解了套筒窑废气系统积灰情况,使套筒窑烟气余热资源利用更加高效,套筒窑生产更加稳定,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。Since its introduction from Germany,the circular sleeve lime kiln has been widely used by many steel plants and has become the mainstream kiln type for high activity metallurgical lime production.Sleeve kiln has the advantages with high-quality active lime products,strong fuel adaptability,low comprehensive energy consumption,safe operation,convenient equipment maintenance,high operation rate,low investment cost,high environmental protection level,small footprint,and a wide range of available ash and stone particle sizes.In gas shortage sleeve kiln,which uses a mixture of converter gas,blast furnace gas and coke oven gas as fuel,a large amount of dust is always accumulated on the top of the exhaust gas pipeline and heat exchanger bundle tube,which is easy to cause a sharp decline in the efficiency of the heat exchanger and unable to meet production requirements.It is forced to shut down the kiln for maintenance with high maintenance and operation costs.In this paper,the ash accumulating mechanism of the exhaust gas system in gas fired rotary kilns was analyzed and the technical breakthroughs in adding cold medium process purge of and automatic pulse ash cleaning device were carried out at the exhaust gas horizontal tube and top of the heat exchanger,respectively.The results showed that the ash accumulation in the exhaust gas system of rotary kilns has been greatly alleviated,more efficient utilization of waste heat resources in the flue gas of rotary kilns and stable production of rotary kilns could be obtainedwith good economic and social benefits.
