摘 要:环件轧制是各类形状尺寸无缝环形零件的先进制造技术,在航空航天、装备制造业和核工业等领域应用前景广阔。本文针对环件轧制技术方面的相关文献进行了系统性的分析、总结与论述,介绍了环件轧制的分类及工作原理、工艺与设备,综述了近年来国内外学者在环件轧制实验、理论和有限元模拟三个方面的研究进展;并指出了当前研究存在的主要问题,展望了环件轧制技术未来的发展趋势,以期为环件轧制技术的研究和实践提供思路及借鉴。Ring rolling is an advanced manufacturing technology of seamless ring parts with various shapes and sizes,and it has promising applications in many fields such as aerospace,equipment manufacturing and nuclear industry.A systematic analysis,summary and discussion of the relevant literature on ring rolling technology were carried out.The classification,working principle,process and equipment of ring rolling were introduced.Recent research progress of domestic and foreign scholars in ring piece rolling experiment,theory and finite element simulation was summarized.The main problems existing in the current research were pointed out,and the future development trend of ring rolling technology was prospected to provide ideas and references for the research and practice of ring rolling technology.
