摘 要:钛铝金属间化合物具有密度小、熔点高、比强度高、高温抗氧化和耐腐蚀的特点,作为新一代航空航天、飞机叶片和汽车涡轮材料,近年来引起了广泛关注。本文介绍了钛铝金属间化合物的性质及应用,总结了粉末冶金法、铸锭冶金法、铝热还原法和熔盐法的研究进展,分析对比了每种方法的优缺点,并展望了未来钛铝金属间化合物的发展方向。Titanium-aluminum intermetallic compounds have the characteristics of low density,high melting point,high specific strength,high temperature oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance.As a new generation of aerospace,aircraft blade and automotive turbine materials,they have attracted widespread attention in recent years.The properties and applications of titanium-aluminum intermetallic compounds were introduced,the research progress of powder metallurgy,ingot metallurgy,aluminothermic reduction and molten salt methods was summarized,the advantages and disadvantages of each method were analyzed and compared,and the future development direction of titanium-aluminum intermetallic compounds was prospected.
