铝锰压铸铝合金铸造性能的正交试验研究

摘  要:选取锰、镍、硅和钛等4个合金元素,设计了L_(25)(5^(4))正交试验方案,探讨了锰、镍、硅和钛元素及其含量对铝锰压铸铝合金的熔点、凝固温度区间和流动性等铸造性能的影响。结果表明,对铝锰压铸铝合金流动性影响的主次顺序为Ti、Mn、Si和Ni元素。当合金成分(wt%)为Al-0.6Mn-0.1Ni-0.1Si-0.0Ti时,铝锰压铸铝合金具有最佳的流动性。铝锰压铸合金的熔点为663.2℃,比ADC12压铸铝合金的熔点高75.9℃;该压铸铝合金凝固温度区间为28.6℃,比ADC12压铸铝合金的凝固温度区间56.2℃小27.6℃,该铝锰压铸铝合金的流动性与ADC12压铸铝合金流动性相当。Four alloying elements including manganese,nickel,silicon and titanium were selected,and the L_(25)(5^(4))orthogonal test scheme was designed.The effects of manganese,nickel,silicon and titanium elements and their contents on the casting properties such as melting point,solidification temperature range and fluidity of Al-Mn die-casting aluminum alloys were discussed.The results show that the primary and secondary order of influence on the fluidity of Al-Mn die-casting aluminum alloys is Ti,Mn,Si and Ni elements.When the alloy composition(wt%)is Al-0.6Mn-0.1Ni-0.1Si-0.0Ti,the Al-Mn die-casting alloy has the best fluidity.The melting point of the Al-Mn die-casting alloy is 663.2℃,which is 75.9℃higher than that of the ADC12 die-casting aluminum alloy.The solidification temperature range of the die-casting aluminum alloy is 28.6℃,which is 27.6℃lower than the solidification temperature range of the ADC12 die-casting aluminum alloy,which is 56.2℃.The fluidity of Al-Mn die-casting aluminum alloy is comparable to that of the ADC12 die-casting aluminum alloy.
