摘  要:为了弱化织构和细化晶粒以改善AZ31镁合金材料综合力学性能,设计了纯剪切挤压变形工艺。通过Deform 3D软件对该工艺进行模拟分析。结果显示,通过该挤压剪切变形,镁合金材料呈现不对称性流动,变形主要集中在材料外侧。随变形程度增加,应变向内部延伸扩展,进而形成较大剧烈塑性变形,弱化织构和细化晶粒,有利于镁合金综合性能提高。In order to weaken the texture and refine the grains to improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of AZ31 magnesium alloy,a pure shear extrusion deformation process was designed.The process was simulated and analyzed by the Deform 3D software.The results show that through the extrusion shear deformation,the magnesium alloy material exhibits asymmetric flow,and the deformation is mainly concentrated at the outside of the material.With the increase of the deformation degree,the strain extends to the inside,and then forms a large severe plastic deformation,weakens the texture and refines the grains,which is beneficial to the improvement of the comprehensive properties of the magnesium alloy.
