摘 要:在45钢基体上,采用激光熔覆技术制备了3种成分的(FeCr)_(70)Co_(10)Ni_(10)Mn_(10)高熵合金涂层,分析了这3种高熵合金涂层的微观组织结构、显微硬度、耐蚀性。结果表明:激光熔覆技术制备的(FeCr)_(70)Co_(10)Ni_(10)Mn_(10)高熵合金涂层与基体达到了冶金结合,随着熔覆层数的增加,涂层成分趋于稳定。随着Cr含量的增加,涂层从面心立方相转变为σ相,随着σ相大量增加,涂层的硬度提升。合适的Cr含量可以提高合金的耐蚀性能,大量的σ相会降低合金的抗点蚀能力。Three-component(FeCr)_(70)Co_(10)Ni_(10)Mn_(10)high-entropy alloy coatings were prepared on 45 steel substrate by laser cladding.The microstructure,microhardness and corrosion resistance of three high-entropy alloy coatings were analyzed.The results show that(FeCr)_(70)Co_(10)Ni_(10)Mn_(10)high-entropy alloy coating prepared by laser cladding technology has reached the metallurgical bond with the substrate.As the number of cladding layers increases,the composition of the coating tends to be stable.With the increase of Cr content,the coating changes from face-centered cubic phase toσphase.With the large increase ofσphase,the hardness of the coating increases.Appropriate Cr content can improve the corrosion resistance of the alloy,and a large amount ofσphase reduce the pitting resistance of the alloy.
