摘  要:针对某氧化铝厂压溶区弯管的短时间开裂问题,对裂纹进行了宏观和微观形貌分析,对弯管材料进行了化学成分分析、微观组织观察、硬度以及拉伸性能试验。结果表明,弯管的短时间开裂裂纹主要沿晶扩展,断口表面腐蚀痕迹明显,是比较典型的碱脆开裂;弯管管体化学成分符合Q345E成分要求,微观组织为回火马氏体;失效弯管供货状态不合理是其力学性能、应力状态异常及管体短时间碱脆破裂的主要原因。For short time cracking of bend in pressure dissolution zone of an aluminum plant,the macroscopic and microscopic morphologies test of the crack were analyzed,and the chemical composition analysis,microstructure observation,hardness and tensile property test of the bend material were carried out.The results show that the crack mainly propagates along the grain boundary,and the corrosion trace on the fracture surface is obvious,which is a typical alkali brittle cracking.The chemical composition of the bend body meets the requirements of Q345E,and the microstructure is tempered martensite.The improper supply state of the failed bend is the main reason of abnormal mechanical properties,stress state and short time alkali brittle fracture of the bend body.
