施用烟杆炭对三七连作土壤酶活性和微生物群落结构的影响

摘  要:采用室内培养法研究了烟杆炭对土壤脲酶、蛋白酶、酸性磷酸酶活性和微生物群落结构(磷脂脂肪酸,PLFA)的影响.结果表明:施烟杆炭可显著提高三七连作土壤脲酶、蛋白酶活性和土壤微生物量,缓解连作障碍.The effects of tobacco stem biochar on soil urease,protease,acid phosphatase activities and microbial community structure(phospholipid fatty acid,PLFA)were studied by indoor culture method.The results showed that the application of tobacco stem biochar could significantly increase the urease and protease activities and soil microbial biomass of Panax notoginseng continuous cropping,and alleviate the continuous cropping obstacles.
