低品位石灰石制备高贝利特硅酸盐水泥熟料及其活性提升研究

摘  要:以低品位石灰石部分替代高品质石灰石制备高贝利特硅酸盐水泥,通过离子掺杂改性稳定水泥熟料中贝利特矿相的高温、高活性晶型,X射线衍射(XRD)-Rietveld精修方法分析水泥矿相组成,以及研究水泥的水化产物和抗压强度。结果表明,低品位石灰石分解温度低于高品质石灰石;低品位和高品质石灰石质量比为1∶2制备的贝利特硅酸盐水泥,熟料矿相为C_(3)S、C_(2)S、C_(3)A和C4AF,f-CaO的含量在0.8%~1.2%;掺杂BaCO_(3)、B_(2)O_(3)、MnO、P_(2)O_(5)对于C_(2)S均有一定活化作用,可促进α-C_(2)S的形成,提高水化活性,当加入0.6%B_(2)O_(3)时,活化效果较好。掺杂2.5%BaCO_(3)水泥的3、28 d抗压强度分别较未掺杂离子的对照组提高12.3、8.7 MPa;高贝利特硅酸盐水泥水化生成的钙矾石(AFt)和水化硅酸钙(C-S-H)凝胶促进力学强度的发展。Belite silicate cement was prepared by partially replacing high-quality limestone with low-grade limestone.The high-temperature,high-activity crystalline form of the belite mineral phase in cement clinker was stabilized by ionic doping modi-fication.The composition of the cement mineral phase was analyzed using the X-ray diffraction(XRD)-Rietveld refinement method,and studying the hydration products and compressive strength of the cement.The results showed that the decomposition temperature of low-grade limestone is lower than that of high-quality limestone.Belite silicate cement prepared with a ratio of 1∶2 between low-grade and high-quality limestone,with clinker mineral phases of C_(3)S,C_(2)S,C_(3)A,and C_(4)AF,and f-CaO content ranging from 0.8%to 1.2%;Doping BaCO_(3),B_(2)O_(3),MnO,and P_(2)O_(5) all have a certain activating effect on C_(2)S,which can promote the formation ofα-C_(2)S and improve hydration activity.When 0.6%B_(2)O_(3)is added,the activation effect is better.The compressive strength of cement doped with 2.5%BaCO_(3)at 3 and 28 days increased by 12.3 and 8.7 MPa,respectively,compared to the control group without ion doping;The development of mechanical strength is promoted by the ettringite(AFt)and hydrated calcium silicate(C-S-H)gel generated from the hydration of Belite Portland cement.
