摘 要:为了探究生活垃圾焚烧飞灰协同高铬污泥烧结渣料(PS)及其磨细粉(GP)中铬离子在水泥基材料中的浸出机制,依据NEN7375分别开展了PS和GP单掺及复掺条件下,总铬和六价铬Cr(Ⅵ)的长期浸出试验。结果表明,掺加PS和GP的水泥基材料中总铬和Cr(Ⅵ)在浸出过程中的释放量增大均呈先急后缓的趋势,总铬和Cr(Ⅵ)达到浸出平衡的时间不同,但浸出至64 d时总铬和Cr(Ⅵ)基本达到浸出平衡。在PS和GP单掺和复掺条件下,总铬的浸出均为扩散控制,而Cr(Ⅵ)的浸出分别为扩散控制和耗竭作用。To explore the leaching mechanism of chromium ions in municipal solid waste incineration fly ash sintered slag(PS)and its ground powder(GP)in cement-based materials,long-term leaching experiments for total chromium and hexavalent chromium in cement-based materials with different contents of PS and GP were performed in accordance with the NEN7375 standard.The results showed that the release of total chromium and hexavalent chromium in the cement-based materials with added PS and GP exhibited a trend of rapid release followed by slower release.The release equilibrium times for total chromium and hexavalent chromium were different,but both reached equilibrium by the 64th day.It can be understood that the total chromium leaching in both the single and complex mixed Portland cement-based materials was diffusion-controlled,whereas hexavalent chromium leaching was controlled by diffusion and exhaustion.
