摘  要:采用4-羟丁基乙烯基聚氧乙烯醚(VPEG)和丙烯酸发生共聚合成一种VPEG型聚羧酸减水剂,对其性能展开研究。结果表明:VPEG单体相对分子质量控制在2200,酸醚比为4,氧化剂为H_(2)O_(2),还原剂为葡萄糖酸亚铁,n(葡萄糖酸亚铁)∶n(H_(2)O_(2))=1∶70,还原助剂为亚硫酸钠,m(葡萄糖酸亚铁)∶m(亚硫酸钠)=1∶3,链转移剂巯基丙酸用量为4%,反应温度控制在15℃,反应时间45min,pH值为5。利用该工艺得到的减水剂制备C30混凝土,减水率为29%,泌水率比为16%,含气量为3.8%,7、28 d抗压强度比分别为155%、137%,离析率为4.1%,泌水率为0.5%,包裹性与流动性均较好。A VPEG type polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer was synthesized by copolymerization of 4-hydroxybutyl vinyl polyoxyethylene ether(VPEG)with acrylic acid,and its properties were studied.The results show that the relative molecular weight of VPEG monomer should be controlled at 2200,the acid-ether ratio should be 4,H_(2)O_(2)as the oxidizing agent,ferrous gluconate should be used as the reducing agent,n(ferrous gluconate)∶n(H_(2)O_(2))=1∶70,sodium sulfite should be used as the reducing assistant,with a proportion of 3/1 to the ferrous gluconate,and the amount of chain transfer agent should be 4%.The synthesis temperature,time and pH should be controlled at 15℃,45 min and 5.C30 concrete prepared using the water reducing agent obtained by this process has a water reduction rate of 29%,a bleeding rate ratio of 16%,an air content of 3.8%,compressive strength ratios of155%and 137%at 7 and 28 days,a segregation rate of 4.1%,a bleeding rate of 0.5%,and good cohesion and fluidity.
