摘  要:将废弃咖啡渣热降解处理后得到的咖啡渣生物炭(SBC)用于沥青的生物改性,通过流变实验和微观结构测试探究SBC对沥青高低温流变性能的影响及其改性机理,并选择SBC掺量为9%制备沥青混合料,分析其路用性能。结果发现,SBC表面不规则、粗糙多孔结构能改善沥青结合料的高温抗车辙与抗变形性能,且与沥青有高度的相容性;SBC改性剂未与沥青发生任何化学反应,只是物理混合;沥青混合料路用性能表明,SBC可提升沥青抵抗水损害的能力与高温抗变形性能;SBC对沥青的低温性能有一定的负面效应,但这种效应是可控的。Coffee grounds were thermally degraded to produce spent coffee grounds biochar(SBC),which was used for the bio-modification of asphalt.Rheological experiments and microscopic structure tests were conducted to investigate the effects of SBC on the high and low temperature rheological properties of asphalt and its modification mechanism.A 9%SBC content was selected to prepare asphalt mixtures,and their road performance was analyzed.The results showed that the irregular,rough,and porous structure of SBC could improve the high-temperature resistance to rutting and deformation of asphalt binder,and it was highly compatible with asphalt.The modification mechanism of SBC-modified asphalt was a physical filling effect rather than chemical modification.The road performance of asphalt mixtures showed that SBC could improve the resistance to water damage and hightemperature deformation of asphalt.Consistent with BBR rheological tests,SBC had a certain negative effect on the low-temperature performance of asphalt,but this effect was controllable.
