摘  要:通过共混法制备Fe_(3)O_(4)磁性树脂,并将其内置于防水卷材接缝处,研究了磁性树脂的稳定性及其用于防水卷材接缝完整性检测的可行性。结果表明:磁性树脂在正常施工湿度范围、0~40℃下磁性能稳定性强;磁性树脂的内置对防水卷材接缝处剥离强度影响微弱,对不透水性无影响;磁性树脂检测技术不能应用在热熔法或热焊接法搭接的防水层上,而自粘法搭接的防水层与磁性无损检测技术相容性较好,能有效检测到渗漏点位。The Fe_(3)O_(4) magnetic resin is prepared by blending method,and it is built into the joints of waterproofing roll-roofing materials,and the stability of the magnetic resin and its feasibility for the integrity detection of the joints of roll-roofing materials are studied.The results show that:the magnetic performance stability of prepared magnetic resin in the normal construction humidity range and under 0~40益is better;The built-in magnetic resin has a weak effect on the peeling strength of the waterproof membrane joint and has no effect on the impermeability;Magnetic resin testing technology cannot be applied to waterproof layers overlapped by hot melt or hot welding methods,while waterproof layers overlapped by self-adhesive method have better compatibility with magnetic non-destructive testing technology and can effectively detect leakage points.
