摘  要:研究了不同憎水材料对基准胶砂、聚合物水泥防水砂浆吸水率的影响、力学性能与吸水率的关系,以及粘结强度的影响因素。结果表明:不同类别、不同规格的憎水材料对降低砂浆吸水率效果的差异较大,食品级硬脂酸钙效果最优;聚合物水泥防水砂浆抗压强度越高,其吸水率越低,掺入憎水材料后,相同强度条件下吸水率会进一步降低;对聚合物水泥防水砂浆粘结性能影响因素顺序为:基面粗糙度>浆体状态(砂浆稠度)>可再分散乳胶粉用量。The influence of different hydrophobic materials on the water absorption rate of benchmark adhesive sand and poly-mer cement waterproof mortar,the relationship between mechanical properties and water absorption rate,and the factors affecting bond strength were studied. The results show that the effect of different types and different quality of hydrophobic materials on re-ducing water absorption of mortar is different,and the effect of food grade calcium stearate is the best. The higher the compressive strength of the polymer cement waterproof mortar,the lower the water absorption rate of the test block,and the water absorption rate will be further reduced under the same strength when the water-repellent material is added. The influencing factors of bond-ing properties of polymer cement waterproof mortar are as follows:base surface roughness > slurry state(mortar consistency)> redispersible emulsion powder content.
