摘 要:厨卫间常年处于潮湿状态,在该环境中的防水材料与瓷砖胶黏剂的匹配性影响整个瓷砖铺贴体系的稳定性。为此,选用4种水泥基防水材料,2种瓷砖胶黏剂,在不同环境中,通过改变瓷砖胶黏剂厚度与瓷砖种类,研究瓷砖胶黏剂与水泥基防水材料粘结性能的变化。结果表明:厚贴法相对于薄贴法在2种材料尺寸变化不同情况下更容易导致两者之间粘结强度降低。在薄贴施工法下,偏刚性的水泥基防水材料与瓷砖的粘结强度要高于偏柔性的水泥基防水材料。Because the kitchen and bathroom are in a humid state all the year round,the matching between the waterproof material and the tile adhesive in this environment affects the stability of the entire tile laying system.To this end,four different cement-based waterproof materials and two different ceramic tile adhesives were selected to study the change of bonding properties between ceramic tile adhesives and cement-based waterproof materials by changing the thickness and type of ceramic tile adhesives in different environments.The results show that the thick-paste method is more likely to reduce the bond strength between the two materials when the size changes are different than that of the thin-paste method.The bonding strength of the rigid cement-based waterproof material with tile is higher than that of the flexible cement-based waterproof material under the thin paste construction method.
