摘  要:为研究严寒地区环境对保温装饰一体化板劣化的影响,以立体多彩漆-硅酸钙板-EPS体系保温装饰一体化板为研究对象,考察其在冻融循环、盐冻融循环、化学侵蚀及人工气候老化条件下的耐久性。通过测试拉伸粘结强度,对保温装饰一体化板的各界面受损情况进行分析。结果表明,冻融循环对多彩漆-硅酸钙板界面破坏严重,而盐冻融循环和人工气候老化则主要影响EPS板性能,酸雨及盐侵蚀对多彩漆面的损坏严重。In order to study the deterioration of the integrated insulation board in the severe cold region,the typical integrated board(special multicolored paint-calcium silicate board-EPS system)was taken as the research object to investigate its durability under the conditions of freeze-thaw cycles,salt-freeze-thaw cycles,chemical erosion and artificial climatic aging.By measuring the tensile bond strength,the damage of each interface of typical integrated insulation board was analyzed.The results showed that the freeze-thaw cycles seriously damaged the multicolored paint-calcium silicate interface,while the salt-freeze-thaw cycles and artificial climate aging mainly affected the performance of EPS board,and acid rain and salt erosion seriously damaged the surface of multicolored paint.
