摘　　要：目的探讨四肢皮肤缺损植皮术后分别应用环形加压包扎与VSD的临床效果。方法选取2016年9月-2021年9月昆明医科大学第二附属医院整形外科收治的四肢皮肤缺损患者103例,按照植皮术后固定方式不同分为环形加压包扎组56例和VSD组47例,对比分析2组皮片存活率、并发症发生率、住院时间及植皮区周围正常皮肤不良反应发生率。结果在皮片存活率、住院时间、并发症发生率上2组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),环形加压包扎组患者植皮区周围正常皮肤不良反应发生率低于VSD组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四肢植皮术后采用环形加压包扎方式对患者固定,患者植皮区周围正常皮肤较少发生不良反应。Objective To discuss the clinical effects of annular compression dressing and vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)after skin grafting for extremities with skin defects.Methods A total of 103 patients with limb skin defects admitted to the Plastic Surgery Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from September 2016 to September 2021 were selected and divided them into annular compression dressing group(56 cases)and VSD group(47 cases)according to different fixation methods after skin grafting.The skin survival rate,complication rate,length of hospital stay and incidence of adverse reactions of normal skin around the skin grafting area were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results There were no statistical significance in skin survival rate,incidence of complications and length of hospital stay between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of normal skin around the skin grafting area was lower in the annular compression dressing group than that in the VSD group(P<0.05).Conclusions After skin grafting,the patients were fixed with annular pressure dressing,and the normal skin around the skin grafting area of the patients had few adverse reactions.
