摘　　要：肿瘤的发生发展是一个多因素多阶段的过程。目前,针对肿瘤治疗,除了放疗、化疗和手术治疗外,分子治疗和生物治疗也已经成为治疗肿瘤的有效方式之一。其中肿瘤免疫疗法因具有针对性以及副作用小而成为治疗手段之一。本文将免疫细胞、免疫逃避机制及相关治疗做一综述。The occurrence and development of tumor is a multi-factor and multi-stage process.At present,for tumor treatment,in addition to radiotherapy,chemotherapy and surgery,molecular therapy and biological therapy have also become one of the effective ways to treat tumor.Among them,tumor immunotherapy has become one of the treatment methods because of its pertinence and small side effects.This article reviews immune cells,immune evasion mechanisms and related treatments.
