摘 要:化学驱的规模应用,不断刷新着大庆油田采收率极限,成为油田持续有效开发的重要技术,配注体系质量是三元复合驱的根本。针对配注工艺流程长、节点多、药剂种类多、涉及环节广、管理难的问题,从工艺特点、体系特点和流程节点开展分析,明确了影响三元复合驱配注质量的主控因素,建立了配套的技术提升方法。采用自动称重模块可实现精控聚合物母液浓度,缩小误差范围从±5%缩小为0~3%,同时调整母液质量浓度从5000 mg/L提高至5500 mg/L,碱浓度符合率提高1.4%~3.1%;站内除垢压差界限为0.5 MPa、站外除垢压差界限为0.3 MPa,并配套使用冲线、酸洗和空穴射流的除垢方法;污水站外输为最近杀菌位置,投加杀菌剂杀菌后,黏度保留率可保持在75%以上。以上措施在萨中开发区六个三元复合驱区块实施应用,均能实现投产稳定期区块体系质量合格率达98%以上,黏损率控制在19%以下,三元区块投产配注指标逐步变好。该研究成果可有效指导化学驱配注管理,对化学驱提质增效具有重要意义。The large-scale application of chemical flooding is constantly refreshing the recovery limit of Daqing Oilfield,and becoming an important technology for sustainable and effective development of the oilfield.The quality of the injection system is the foundation of ASP flooding.In view of the problems of long process,multiple nodes,multiple types of agents,wide involvement of links,and difficult management in the injection process,an analysis is carried out from the process characteristics,system characteristics,and process nodes.The main control factors affecting the injection quality of ASP flooding are clarified,a supporting technology improvement method is established.The use of an automatic weighing module can achieve precise control of polymer mother liquor concentration,reducing the error range from±5%to 0-3%.At the same time,the mother liquor mass concentration can be adjusted from 5000 mg/L to 5500 mg/L,and the alkali concentration compliance rate can be increased by 1.4%to 3.1%.The pressure difference limit for descaling inside the station is 0.5 MPa,the pressure difference limit for descaling outside the station is 0.3 MPa,and equipped with descaling methods such as flushing,acid washing,and cavitation jet.The nearest sterilization location is the export of the sewage station,and after adding fungicides for sterilization,the viscosity retention rate can be maintained at over 75%.The above measures have been applied in six ASP flooding blocks in the Sazhong Development Zone,achieving a stable production period with a quality qualification rate of over 98%,and a viscosity loss rate controlled below 19%.The injection indicators for ASP flooding blocks have gradually improved.The research results can effectively guide the management of chemical flooding injection,and are of great significance for improving the quality and efficiency of chemical flooding.
