摘 要:某油田采用SSF(悬浮污泥过滤)技术处理采出水,设计出水执行Q/SY DQ 0605—2006《大庆油田油藏水驱注水水质指标及分析方法》中规定的“8·3·2”标准。近年由于受诸多因素影响导致出站水质达标率低,为提高出站水质,该油田组织开展了现场调研,对采出水进行分析及处理工艺评价,找出了影响达标率的4个关键因素,制定了相应优化对策。依据调研情况,从3个方面开展技术攻关研究:优化药剂,开展水处理工艺药剂筛选,优选杀菌剂,提升杀菌效果,同时筛选SSF工艺药剂,提升悬浮污泥层密实度;优化工艺,开展SSF工艺污泥层构建现场试验及水力冲击试验,并重新校核SSF工艺处理能力;优化管理,调整工艺运行参数,延长沉降段沉降时间,定期组织容器清淤、收油、排泥工作,提高油、悬浮物固体的去除率。通过以上工作,实现了出站水质中菌类浓度达标率100%,滤后含油浓度达标、悬浮物固体浓度下降,逐步提高了出站水质达标率。结果表明,对SSF处理工艺进行的优化与应用能够促进出站水质指标的提升,对今后采出水站优化运行、改扩建等方面具有很好的指导意义。A certain oilfield adopts SSF(Suspended Sludge Filtration)technology to treat produced water,and the designed effluent follows the"8·3·2"standard specified in Q/SY DQ 0605-2006 Water Quality Indicators and Analysis Methods for Reservoir Water Flooding Injection in Daqing Oilfield.In recent years,due to various factors,the compliance rate of effluent quality at the station has been low.In order to improve the effluent quality at the station,the oilfield organizes on-site research,analyzes the produced water,and evaluates the treatment process.Four key factors affecting the compliance rate are identified,and corresponding optimization strategies are formulated.Based on the research,the oilfield conducts technical research from three aspects.In terms of reagents optimization,screening of water treatment process reagents are carried out,fungicides are optimized to improve the sterilization effect,and SSF process reagents are screened to enhance the compactness of suspended sludge layers.In terms of process optimization,on-site tests on the construction of the sludge layer in the SSF process and hydraulic shock tests are conducted,and the processing capacity of the SSF process is rechecked.In terms of management optimization,process operating parameters are adjusted,the settling time of the settling section is extended,container dredging,oil collection,and sludge discharge work are regularly organized to improve the removal rate of oil and suspended solids.Through above works,the 100%compliance rate of bacterial concentration in the effluent water is achieved,the compliance of oil concentration after filtration is promoted,the concentration of suspended solids after filtration is reduced,and the compliance rate of effluent water quality is gradually improved.The results indicate that the optimization and application of the SSF treatment process can promote the improvement of effluent quality indicators,which has good guiding significance for the optimization operation,renovation and expansion of future produced wate
