摘　　要：历史文化街区作为城市遗产的重要组成部分,在更新实践中因其具有永续利用的动态特性而面临高碳排放的挑战。在国家积极推进碳达峰、碳中和的绿色低碳发展战略背景下,历史文化街区作为城市文化的重要组成部分,同样也必须进行低碳化建设,以适应并促进城市整体的绿色低碳转型与发展。从街区总体规划和建筑改造规划两个方面针对性地提出了切实可行的低碳更新策略,旨在探索一种动态、均衡的可持续发展的历史文化街区保护利用思路。As an integral part of urban heritage,historic and cultural districts face the challenge of high carbon emissions in their renewal practices due to their dynamic nature of sustainable utilization.Against the backdrop of China's proactive promotion of green and low-carbon development strategies for achieving carbon peaking and neutrality,historic and cultural districts,as essential components of urban culture,must also undergo low-carbon construction to adapt to and facilitate the overall green and low-carbon transformation and development of cities.This paper proposes practical low-carbon renewal strategies from two aspects:overall district planning and architectural renovation planning.The aim is to explore a dynamic,balanced,and sustainable approach to the protection and utilization of historic and cultural districts.
