某急倾斜薄金矿脉开采方法的选择研究

摘  要:文章对浅孔留矿、上向水平分层充填、无底柱分段崩落法作为初选的采矿方法,引入AHP层次分析法,对采矿成本、回采率、采切比、贫化率、年产量、通风条件等六个指标进行权重分析,再针对各指标权重进行归一化,得到各个采矿方法的综合评分。对比各项指标及其综合评分发现,上向水平分层充填采矿法指标最优。经过工业试验,在利用上向水平分层充填采矿法后,发现该金矿充填采矿达到了预期的产量目标,并在各技术经济方面体现出较好的适用性。In this paper,the mining methods of shallow hole retention,upward horizontal layered filling and sectional caving without bottom pillar are used as the primary selection methods,and the AHP analytic hierarchy process is introduced to analyze the weights of six indicators,including mining cost,recovery rate,mining-cut ratio,dilution rate,annual output and ventilation conditions,and then normalize the weights of each index to obtain the comprehensive score of each mining method.By comparing the indexes and their comprehensive scores,it is found that the upward horizontal layered filling mining method has the best index.After industrial experiments,it was found that the gold ore backfill mining had reached the expected output target and had good applicability in various technical and economic aspects after using the upward horizontal layered fill mining method.
