摘  要:送风能力是PS转炉吹炼最重要的参数之一,是转炉正常生产和高效作业的重要保证。PS转炉在生产过程中时常会出现风口堵死形成阻塞风口,这会影响到转炉的送风能力,特别是对于处在后期炉龄的转炉,甚至会造成吹炼困难。当操作人员用氧烧法去处理阻塞风口时,作业过程中经常会出现风口无法烧通的情况。文章介绍了阻塞风口形成的原因,并系统地总结了在氧烧实践过程中出现的问题和处理方法。Air supply capacity is one of the most important parameters of PS converter blowing,which it is an important guarantee for normal production and efficient operation of converter.In the production process of PS converter,tuyere blockage often occurs,which will affect the air supply capacity of the converter,especially for the converter in the later furnace age,and even cause blowing difficulties.When the operator uses the oxygen burning method to deal with the blocked tuyere,the tuyere often fails to be reopened during the operation.This paper introduces the causes of blockage tuyere formation,and systematically summarizes the problems and treatment methods in the practice of oxygen burning.
