摘 要:针对线膛火炮发射的图像末制导炮弹多采用“滑动弹带+气缸张开式尾翼”稳定结构特点,对末制导炮弹发射过程、滑动弹带膛内作用过程和气缸张开式尾翼气缸膛内充放气过程进行分析,建立了耦合“滑动弹带+气缸张开式尾翼”稳定结构特性的图像末制导炮弹内弹道模型,并以某图像末制导炮弹为例进行了数值仿真研究,得到了弹丸发射时膛内火药燃气压力和气缸内部压力、弹丸膛内运动速度以及弹体自转角速度等内弹道性能随时间的变化规律。从仿真结果来看,仿真模型计算精度较高,并且相关曲线与该图像末制导炮弹实际发射时的变化规律相一致,验证了模型合理性。在此基础上,从装备设计研制的角度重点分析了气孔直径和弹体与弹带环后端面之间摩擦系数的变化对气缸内外压差、弹体炮口转速等的影响规律。相关研究成果可为图像末制导炮弹结构的优化设计、弹载器件失效与抗过载机理以及其他类型制导炮弹在线膛火炮发射平台上的应用研究提供一定的理论基础与数据支撑。Given the stable structural characteristics of the“sliding band and cylinder expansion tail”,commonly utilized in terminal guided projectiles based on imaging fired by rifled artillery,this study analyzes the launch process of the terminal guided projectile,the functioning of the sliding band,and the inflation and deflation processes of the cylinder in the bore.It is established that an interior ballistic model of the image terminal guided projectile coupled with the stable structure characteristic of the sliding band and the cylinder expansion tail,and the numerical simulation study is carried out with a certain image-terminal guided projectile as an example.Through research,the variation laws of interior ballistic performance,such as the pressure of propellant gas in the bore and cylinder,the velocity of the projectile,and the angular velocity of projectile rotation in the bore,are obtained.From the simulation results,the relative errors of the maximum gas pressure and the projectile velocity in the bore are determined.The calculation results exhibit a relatively high level of accuracy,and the associa-ted simulation curves align with the actual change patterns of the image terminal guidance projectile,thus confirming the model s rationality.Building on this foundation,the impact of changes in vent dia-meter and the friction coefficient between the projectile and the rear end face of the projectile ring on the interior ballistic performance,specifically on the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the cylinder and the muzzle speed of the projectile,is analyzed from the perspective of equipment design and development.The findings from this research can offer a theoretical basis and data support for optimizing the design of image terminal guided projectile structures,understanding the failure and anti-overload mechanisms of missile-borne devices,and exploring the application of other types of guided projectiles launched by rifled guns.
