摘　　要：随着我国高等教育的快速发展与就业市场竞争的日益激烈,培养大学生的基层就业创业能力显得尤为重要。文章探讨了“三下乡”社会实践活动在促进大学生基层就业创业能力方面的重要作用以及存在的挑战,并提出了相应的提升策略:优化资源配置、同步实践内容、深化导师体系等。研究表明,“三下乡”活动不仅增强了学生的实践技能、服务意识与社会责任感,提升了大学生的基层就业和创业能力,还有助于拓展大学生就业渠道和构建多元人脉网络。With the rapid development of higher education in China and the increasingly fierce competition in the job market,it is particularly important to cultivate the grassroots employment and entrepreneurship capabilities of college students.This paper discusses the important role of the social practice of bringing scientific and literacy knowledge and offering medical service to rural areas in promoting the grassroots employment and entrepreneurship capabilities of college students,as well as the challenges they face,and proposes corresponding strategies for improvement:optimizing resource allocation,synchronizing practice content,and deepening the tutorial system.Research shows that the social practice of bringing scientific and literacy knowledge and offering medical service to rural areas not only enhances students’practical skills,service awareness and social responsibility,and improve college students’grassroots employment and entrepreneurship capabilities,but also helps expand employment channels and build a diverse network of contacts.
