摘  要:力学刺激下活细胞行为变化对于生物学和医学具有重要意义,而常规细胞培养装置难以同时实现细胞应力加载下的实时观测。该文提出将基于负压控制的细胞应力加载与细胞培养和动态观测进行原位集成,设计制造集成化载物台培养器,并进行实验验证。结果表明,该装置能够通过设定细胞基底应变量,实现细胞在特定应力加载下的持续培养与实时监测。该文为集成化载物台细胞培养装置的设计制造提供有效技术方法。Changes in the behavior of living cells under mechanical stimulation are of great significance to biology and medicine,but it is difficult for conventional cell culture devices to simultaneously realize real-time observation of cells under stress loading.This paper proposes to integrate cell stress loading based on negative pressure control with cell culture and dynamic observation in situ.An integrated stage incubator is designed and manufactured,and experimental verification is carried out.The results show that the device can achieve continuous cultivation and real-time monitoring of cells under specific stress loading by setting the strain on the cell substrate.This paper provides an effective technical method for the design and manufacture of integrated stage cell culture devices.
