摘  要:该文介绍造纸黑液解聚物催化加氢脱氧制烃类液体燃料的研究现状及目前所面临的主要问题,通过列举实例详细阐述TRIZ理论如何直接与造纸黑液解聚物加氢脱氧制烃类液体燃料实验相结合,开发新型催化剂,突破现有瓶颈。针对催化效率低的问题,采用TRIZ理论中的复合材料原理、预先作用原理、压力原理对其进行解决。研究Hβ、Mo/Hβ、NiMo/Hβ3种催化剂用于造纸黑液解聚物加氢脱氧制烃类液体燃料。测试结果证实,NiMo/Hβ催化剂表现出最优异的催化活性。基于分析过程进一步拓宽对TRIZ理论的认识,为其更好地指导科学研究发挥作用。This paper introduces the research status and the main problems currently faced by catalytic hydrodeoxidation of paper-making black liquor depolymerized products to produce hydrocarbon liquid fuels.By enumerating examples,it illustrates in detail how TRIZ theory can be directly combined with experiments of hydrodeoxidation of paper-making black liquor depolymerized products to produce hydrocarbon liquid fuels to develop new catalysts and break through existing bottlenecks.Aiming at the problem of low catalytic efficiency,the composite material principle,pre-action principle and pressure principle in TRIZ theory are used to solve it.Three catalysts,Hβ,Mo/Hβ,and NiMo/Hβ,were studied for hydrodeoxidation of paper-making black liquor depolymerized product to produce hydrocarbon liquid fuels.Test results confirmed that NiMo/Hβcatalyst showed the most excellent catalytic activity.Based on the analysis process,the understanding of TRIZ theory is further broadened and it plays a role in better guiding scientific research.
