运用浙江“千万工程”经验助力乡村振兴路径研究——以晋城市沁水县尉迟村为例

摘　　要：浙江的“千万工程”用21年的时间证明生态环境的保护和经济效益获取二者并不矛盾,而是兼得的。“千万工程”的内涵也在不断丰富发展,从最初的改善人居环境到成为乡村振兴的重要推动力,不断增强农民群众的幸福感。在学习运用“千万工程”经验的过程中,沁水县尉迟村逐渐从最初改善人居环境到如今美丽乡村、美丽经济的成熟生长,为我们展示的是农村经济社会发展的深刻变革。立足“千万工程”实践应用探索乡村振兴的发展路径,可以有效提升乡村发展的新动能,打开乡村发展的新局面,实现乡村振兴总目标。It took Zhejiang 21 years to prove that,through the"Green Rural Revival Program",the protection of the ecological environment and the acquisition of economic benefits are not contradictory;instead,they coexist harmoniously.The connotation of the"Green Rural Revival Program"is also constantly enriched and developed.From the initial improvement of the living environment to becoming an important driving force for rural revitalization,it has continuously enhanced the happiness of farmers.In the process of learning and applying the experience of the"Green Rural Revival Program",Yuchi Village in Qinshui County has gradually improved its living environment from the initial improvement of its living environment to the mature growth of beautiful rural areas and beautiful economy.What we show us is the profound changes in rural economic and social development.Exploring the development path of rural revitalization based on the practical application of the"Green Rural Revival Program"can effectively enhance the new momentum of rural development,open up a new situation for rural development,and achieve the overall goal of rural revitalization.
