摘　　要：文章概述了2001-2022年浙江省海洋产业结构现状,通过计算海洋产业结构偏离度,运用相关数据和数学模型分析了海洋三次产业结构偏离度对海洋经济的影响。研究发现,海洋三次产业结构偏离度由高到低依次为海洋一、二、三产。但是从影响海洋生产总值程度来看,由大到小依次为海洋三、一、二产。在此基础上,提出了三个方面的工作建议,分别是推动海洋一产现代化模式发展,促进海洋二产产能提质升级,促进海洋三产对外开放水平升级。The article provides an overview of the current situation of the marine industry structure in Zhejiang Province from 2001 to 2022.By calculating the deviation degree of the marine industry structure,relevant data and mathematical models are used to analyze the impact of the deviation degree of the marine tertiary industry structure on the marine economy.Research has found that the degree of deviation in the structure of the three marine industries,from high to low,is in the order of marine primary,secondary,and tertiary industries.However,in terms of the degree of impact on the gross domestic product of the ocean,the third,first,and second industries are ranked in descending order.On this basis,three work suggestions were proposed,namely promoting the development of the modernization model of marine primary industry,improving the quality and upgrading of marine secondary industry production capacity,and upgrading the level of opening up of marine tertiary industry to the outside world.
