摘 要:目的:解决现有在线混药装置混合农药单一、混合效率不高等问题。方法:提出多药剂在线混合装置的设计,在混药器典型结构上进行结构优化,采用CFD数值模拟和试验方法对其射流流场进行分析,得出最佳混药器结构。结果:在不同药液比情况下,药剂相同剂量混合试验中,药剂混合最大变异系数为8.23%,平均变异系数为5.23%;药剂不同剂量混合试验中,药剂混合最大变异系数为7.52%,平均变异系数为4.23%。结论:新型混药器在线混合试验中不同混合比的情况下,药剂同比例、不同比例混合,混合溶液的最大变异系数和平均变异系数均保持在较低水平,混合效果良好。Objective:In order to solve the existing online mixing device's singular pesticide mixing and low mixing efficiency.Methods:The design of multi-agent on-line mixing device was proposed,and the structure optimization was carried out on the typical structure of the mixer,and the CFD numerical simulation and experimental methods were used to analyze its jet flow field,so as to derive the optimal mixer structure.Results:Under different pasticide-water ratios,the maximum coefficient of variation of agent mixing was 8.23%and the average coefficient of variation was 5.23%in the test of mixing agents at the same dose,and the maximum coefficient of variation of agent mixing was 7.52%and the average coefficient of variation was 4.23%in the test of mixing agents at different doses.Conclusion:The maximum coefficient of variation and the average coefficient of variation of the mixed solution were kept at a low level and the mixing effect was good after the chemicals were mixed in the same proportion and in different proportions under different mixing ratios in the on-line mixing test of the new mixer.
