摘 要:目的:研究采棉打包一体机轮边减速机箱体在实际工作条件下受力情况,针对箱体应力集中区域进行结构优化设计,排除箱体与内部发生共振的可能性,提高箱体的强度和耐久性。方法:以目前市面上TJN35R型号减速机为原型机,建立三维模型,进行有限元分析,针对应力集中部分结构优化,对优化后模型进行静态结构分析和模态分析,验证优化结果并排除箱体与内部发生共振可能性。结果:根据静态结构分析发现,最大等效应力发生在箱盖上端面箱体与横梁连接处,对模型进行优化增加该处过渡位置圆角,使最大等效应力降低24%,对优化后模型进行模态分析结果显示,优化后的箱体与减速器内部不存在共振现象。结论:采棉打包一体机减速器箱体存在应力集中情况,对应力集中处进行增加过渡圆角处理,能够有效降低最大等效应力,优化后箱体与内部不会发生共振。Objective:To study the stress of the hub reduction gearbox of cotton packing all-in-one machine under the actual working conditions,the structural optimization design was carried out for the stress concentration area of the gearbox to eliminate the possibility of resonance between the gearbox and the interior and improve the strength and durability of the gearbox.Methods:Taking the TJN35R reducer on the market as the prototype,the three-dimensional model was established and the finite element analysis was carried out.Aiming at the structural optimization of the stress concentration part,the static structural analysis and modal analysis were carried out for the optimized model to verify the optimization results and eliminate the resonance between the box and the interior.Results:According to the static structural analysis,the maximum equivalent force occured at the upper end of the box cover where the box was connected to the crossbeam.Optimizing the model by increasing the rounded corner of the transition position there reduced the maximum equivalent force by 24%,and the results of the modal analysis of the optimized model showed that the optimized box did not resonate with the internal part of the reducer.Conclusion:Cotton picking baler reducer case there was a stress concentration situation,the stress concentration to increase the transition fillet processing,could effectively reduce the maximum equivalent force,optimized case and the internal resonance would not occur.
