摘　　要：随着社会发展,建筑工程质量保修逐渐成了人们关注的焦点。研究建筑工程质量保修问题具有十分重要的意义。论文通过对产权人收房验收时遇到的1272条工程质量问题进行细化地分类总结,结合实际情况对建筑工程质量保修应该注意的问题从产权人、房地产开发商、政府部门等角度提出了建议。通过本文的研究,旨在于让人们了解工程质量保修质量问题以及工程质量保修制度的缺陷,给工程质量保修制度的发展提供合理化建议。With the development of the society,it is of great significance for people to study the warranty issues of construction engineering quality.This paper puts forward some problems from the property owner's acceptance,classifies the engineering quality problems,and puts forward corresponding Suggestions according to the engineering quality problems.Finally combined with the actual needs of the construction quality warranty system defects are analyzed and prospects.The purpose of this paper is to make people understand the engineering quality warranty problems and defects of the engineering quality warranty system,and to provide prospects and development direction for the development of the engineering quality warranty system.
