摘　　要：在项目施工过程中,影响工程质量的因素众多,尤其是对于大型综合体酒店项目,其涉及专业种类多、设计复杂、设计变更多以及新技术、新工艺的应用也十分常见。因此,分析影响施工质量的因素,提前做好质量风险管理措施对保证工程质量具有十分重要的意义。论文将从影响工程质量因素的角度出发,阐述澳门地区大型综合酒店项目质量风险管理。In the process of project construction,there are many factors affecting the project quality,especially for large-scale complex hotel projects,which involve many kinds of disciplines,complex designs,many design changes,and the application of new technologies and new processes are also very common.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the factors affecting the construction quality and take quality risk management measures in advance to ensure the project quality.This paper intends to discuss the quality risk management of large-scale comprehensive hotel projects in Macao Region from the perspective of factors affecting project quality.
