摘　　要：外墙外保温在工程建筑节能中应用广泛,是建筑节能的重要组成部分。但是,近年来部分项目外墙外保温出现了不同程度的脱落事故,对外墙外保温工程应用造成不良影响。因此,通过对某公寓外墙外保温全面检测,分析外墙外保温的脱落原因,并提出预防措施,为延长外墙外保温使用寿命提供科学依据。External wall insulation is widely used in engineering building energy saving,is an important part of building energy saving.However,in recent years,the external wall insulation of some projects has appeared different degrees of falling off accidents,causing adverse effects on the application of external wall insulation engineering Therefore,through the comprehensive test of the external insulation of an apartment,the causes of the fall off of the external insulation of the external wall are analyzed,and the preventive measures are put forward to provide a scientific basis for extending the service life of the external insulation of the external wall.
