摘 要:本研究通过对爆破、机械拆除、SPMT快速拆除、支架无损切割吊装拆除等四种方案的对比分析,确定了跨线中承式拱桥支架无损切割吊装拆除施工工艺。利用Midas软件对拆除过程进行施工阶段模拟及分析,总结拆除过程中应力及变形规律及拆桥应注意事项。最后通过实桥拆除验证该方案的效果及拆除难点。结果表明,施工的难点及重点是拱圈的拆除和吊装;支架无损切割吊装拆除工艺拆桥具有快速、低噪音、环保等优点,桥梁可在交通管制的规定时间内拆除完毕,拆桥效果良好,为高速公路中承式拱天桥提供一种新的拆除工艺。This study compared the demolition schemes of blasting,mechanical demolition,SPMT rapid demolition,and non-destructive cutting and hoisting of supports,and determined the construction process of non-destructive cutting and hoisting demolition of supports for half-through arch bridges.This paper used Midas software to simulate and analyze the demolition process during the construction phase,summarizing the stress and deformation patterns during the demolition process and the precautions to be taken during bridge demolition.Finally,the effectiveness and difficulties of the proposed plan were verified through the demolition of a real bridge.The results indicate that the dismantling and hoisting of the arch ring are the difficulties and key points of construction;The non-destructive cutting,hoisting and dismantling process of the bracket is fast,low-noise,environmentally friendly,and can complete the dismantling of the bridge within the specified time of traffic control.The dismantling effect is good,providing a new dismantling process for the half-through arch bridges on highways.
