基于共生理论构建全民国防教育体系的路径研究

摘　　要：在实现中国梦和强军梦的伟大征程中,全民国防教育是关乎国家安全和国防建设的重要战略问题。本文基于共生理论,通过分析全民国防教育共生单元、共生模式和共生环境的结构关系,探索共生理论嵌入全民国防教育体系的实践模式。从“政社军校家”协同,融合全民国防教育共生单元;共建共享共创,构建互惠共赢全民国防教育共生模式;全方位覆盖,营造正向激励的全民国防教育共生环境等维度提出了构建全民国防教育体系的路径选择,以期优化全民国防教育一体化共生模式,实现全民国防教育高质量发展。In the great journey of realizing the Chinese Dream and the dream of a strong army,national defense education is an important strategic issue concerning national security and national defense construction.Based on the symbiosis theory,this paper analyzes the structural relationship among the symbiosis unit,symbiosis model and symbiosis environment of national defense education system,and explores the practice mode of embedding the symbiosis theory into the national defense education system.From the dimensions of government,society,military,schools and families,integrating the symbiotic unit of national defense education,co-constructing,sharing and co-creating a mutually beneficial and win-win symbiotic model of national defense education,and all-around coverage,creating a positive and motivating symbiotic environment of national defense education,this paper puts forward the path of constructing a system of national defense education,with a view to optimizing the integration and symbiosis model of national defense education system.In order to optimize the integration of national defense education for all and realize the high-quality development of national defense education for all,a symbiotic model is proposed.
