改革开放以来中国共产党领导文化建设的历史演进与基本特征——基于十二大至二十大党代会报告的文本分析

摘　　要：改革开放以来,中国共产党不断深化文化建设的理论认识,着力推动文化事业繁荣发展,逐渐探索出一条契合中国理念、具有中国风格、彰显中国气派的文化发展道路。为更深入理解中国共产党领导文化建设的历史演进脉络,以改革开放以来历届党代会报告中涉及文化的相关论述为研究样本进行词频统计分析和文本内容分析。研究结果表明:党领导文化建设的探索历程具有明显的阶段性变化,表现为从突破调试到深化探索再到守正创新的历史演进过程,并遵循着内涵要旨日益丰富、主体结构逐渐拓展、功能定位不断深化、实践理念愈发明晰的演进特征。Since China embarked on reform and opening-up in 1978,the Communist Party of China(CPC)has constantly deepened its theoretical understanding of cultural development,made great efforts to promote the prosperity and development of its cultural undertakings,and have progressively delineated a cultural development trajectory that aligns with Chinese principles,embodies a Chinese style,and exhibits the grandeur of China.In order to better understand the historical evolution of the cultural construction led by the CPC,the statistical analysis of word frequency and text content analysis were carried out based on the relevant discourse related to culture embodied in the reports from the 12 th CPC National Congress to the 20 th CPC National Congress since the launch of reform and opening-up in 1978.The research results show that successive changes in different stages can be found in the exploration process of cultural construction led by the CPC.Its historical evolution process is manifested from debugging breakthrough to deepening exploration and then to upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground;and it follows the evolution trend of increasingly enriching its connotation and essence,gradually expanding its main structure,deepening its functional positioning,and increasingly clarifying its practical concepts.
