摘　　要：推进农业农村新型基础设施建设,对加快发展农业新质生产力、实现农业农村现代化具有重要意义。文章在分析农业农村新型基础设施建设内在逻辑的基础上,以江苏省为研究对象,探讨了农业农村新型基础设施建设发展形势和面临的问题,并从加强政策扶持引导、加快普及推广新技术、加强农业科技创新、加快提升创新服务水平、加大对高素质农民的培育力度等方面提出对策建议。Promoting the construction of new types of infrastructure in agriculture and rural areas is of great significance for accelerating the development of new quality productive forces in agriculture and realizing the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.Based on the analysis of the inherent logic of the construction of new types of infrastructure in agriculture and rural areas,this article takes Jiangsu Province as the research object and discusses the development situation and challenges faced by the construction of new types of infrastructure in agriculture and rural areas.It also puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of strengthening policy support and guidance,accelerating the popularization and promotion of new technologies,enhancing agricultural technology innovation,speeding up the improvement of innovative service levels,and increasing the cultivation of high-quality farmers.
