摘　　要：当今世界正经历百年未有之大变局,我国发展面临的国内外环境发生深刻复杂变化,对加快科技创新提出了更为迫切的要求。江苏省农业科学院作为农业科技创新的重要阵地,要带头弘扬新时代科学家精神,着力形成尊重知识、崇尚创新、尊重人才、热爱科学、献身科学的浓厚氛围,激发强大创新动力,为推进高水平科技自立自强、加快建设农业强国提供强大的精神引领和动力支撑。文章阐述了弘扬新时代科学家精神的时代背景和重要意义,梳理了江苏省农业科学院在弘扬新时代科学家精神方面所进行的制度建设、学习教育、阵地建设、典型选树和服务“三农”等的探索与实践,并总结了弘扬新时代科学家精神的启示。The world is currently undergoing unprecedented changes that have not been seen in a century.The domestic and international environment for China's development has experienced profound and intricate changes,which urgently require the acceleration of scientific and technological innovation.As a key position in agricultural scientific and technological innovation,Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences should take the lead in promoting the spirit of scientists in the new era.It should work to foster an atmosphere that respects knowledge,upholds innovation,respects talent,loves science,and is dedicated to scientific pursuit.This will ignite a powerful force for innovation,providing strong spiritual guidance and support for advancing high-level scientific and technological self-reliance and strength,and for accelerating the construction of a strong agricultural nation.The article discusses the historical context and significance of promoting the spirit of scientists in the new era,outlines Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences'exploration and practice in institutional construction,educational learning,position establishment,role modeling,and serving"agriculture,rural areas,and farmers",and summarizes the insights gained from promoting the spirit of scientists in the new era.
