摘　　要：基层农业科研机构是我国农业科技创新体系的重要组成部分,长期以来围绕当地农业生产需求开展农业技术研究,在推动地方特色产业发展的过程中,形成了自己的精神传承。江苏徐淮地区徐州农业科学研究所跨越百年,多项科研成果获得国家和省部级奖励,在发展过程中作出贡献的科学家凝聚强大精神动力,传承科学家精神。研究科学家精神及其价值,有助于增强基层农业科研机构研究者的价值认同,持续为地方农业作出贡献。Grassroots agricultural research institutions are an important component of China's agricultural science and technology innovation system.For a long time,they have been conducting agricultural technology research focused on local agricultural production needs,and in the process of promoting the development of local characteristic industries,they have formed their own spiritual heritage.The Xuzhou Agricultural Science Research Institute in the Xuhuai Region of Jiangsu has a history of over a century,with many scientific research achievements awarded at the national and provincial levels.Scientists who have contributed to its development have condensed a powerful spiritual force,inheriting the spirit of scientists.Studying the spirit and value of scientists helps to enhance the value identification of researchers in grassroots agricultural research institutions,continuously contributing to local agriculture.
