摘　　要：新医科时代背景下,全科医生在基层医疗机构中扮演着关键角色,他们是居民健康的守护者,承担着重要责任和使命。全科医学研究生是全科医师队伍的后备力量,所以住院医师规范化培训的效果至关重要。我们需要解决如何培养更高层次、更高综合素质的“医防融合”全科医学研究生的问题,同时探索新的培养模式,以达到培养高质量“医防融合”全科医学人才的目标,为健康中国的实现做出贡献。In the context of the new medicine era,general doctor play a crucial role in grassroots healthcare institutions.They are the guardians of residents′health and bear important responsibilities and missions.General medical graduates are the reserve force of the general doctor team,so the effectiveness of standardized training for resident physicians is crucial.We need to solve the problems include how to cultivate higher level and comprehensive quality"integration of treatment and prevention"general medical graduates,and explore new training models in manner to achieve the goal of cultivating high-quality"integration of treatment and prevention"general medical personnel and contribute to the realization of Healthy China.
