护理本科生科研能力与意志品质的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的了解护理本科生科研能力和非智力因素中意志品质的现状,探究两者的相关性。方法采用整群随机抽样法,选择某校护理学院全日制护理学专业三年级139名本科生,运用一般资料调查表、意志品质自测量表和护理人员科研能力自评量表开展调查。结果护理本科生护理人员科研能力自评量表总分为(61.93±13.32)分,意志品质自测量表总分为(63.57±6.09)分;单因素分析结果显示,不同意志品质分级的护理本科生科研能力自评量表得分差异有统计学意义;多因素线性回归分析结果显示,在控制科研相关因素的情况下,意志品质与护生科研能力呈正相关关系。结论护理本科生科研能力处于中等水平,意志品质一般,两者呈正相关关系,培养护理本科生的意志品质有助于提高其科研能力。Objective To learn the status of research ability and willpower in non-intellectual factors among nursing undergraduates,and explore the correlation between them.Methods A cluster random sampling method was used to select 139 undergraduates majoring in full-time nursing from a nursing college of a certain university.A survey was conducted with a General Information Questionnaire,a Self-rated Willpower Scale,and a Self-assessment Scale of Nursing Staff′s Research Ability.Results The total score of the Self-assessment Scale of Nursing Staff′s Research Ability of Nursing Undergraduates was(61.93±13.32),and the total score of the Self-rated Willpower Scale was(63.57±6.09).The results of univariate analysis showed that there was a statistically significant difference in the scores of the Self-assessment Scale of Nursing Staff′s Research Ability among Nursing Undergraduates with different levels of willpower;The result of multiple factor linear regression analysis show that,under the control of research related factors,there is a positive correlation between nursing students′willpower and the research ability.Conclusion The research ability of nursing undergraduates is at a moderate level,and their willpower is average with a positive correlation between them.Cultivating nursing undergraduates′willpower can help improve their research ability.
