摘 要:住院医师规范化培训学员需具备职业素养、专业能力、病人管理能力、沟通合作能力、教学能力及学习提升能力六大核心胜任力。紧扣妇产科学员核心胜任力要素,结合妇产科专业特点,提出建立“以立德树人为根本、以综合能力为导向、以培训质量为核心”的培训模式,推动妇产科住院医师规范化培训事业高质量发展。Trainees in standardized training for resident doctors need to possess six core competencies:professional ethics,professional competence,patient management ability,communication and cooperation ability,teaching ability,and learning and improvement ability.Closely linked to the core competency elements of obstetrics and gynecology trainees,combined with the professional characteristics of obstetrics and gynecology,a training model based on"morality and personnel cultivation as the foundation,comprehensive ability as the guide,and training quality as the core"is proposed to promote the high-quality development of standardized training for residents in obstetrics and gynecology.
