摘　　要：目的探讨基于遗忘曲线的急救培训在社区养老护理员中的应用。方法2022年12月至2023年9月选取连云港市4家养老机构的90名养老护理员作为研究对象,按照养老机构分为对照组和观察组,对照组实施一般急救培训方案,观察组实施基于遗忘曲线的急救培训方案。结果培训前两组在急救理论知识、急救技能、急救自信心等方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),培训后第1个月、第3个月两组急救理论知识、技能、自信心得分均高于培训前(P<0.05),且观察组得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在社区养老护理员中开展基于遗忘曲线的急救培训效果良好,值得推广。Objective To explore the application of first-aid training based on forgetting curve in community elderly care staffs.Methods From December 2022 to September 2023,90 nursing staff from 4 elderly care institutions in Lianyungang City were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the elderly care institutions.The control group received general first-aid training programs,while the observation group received first-aid training programs based on the forgetting curve.Results There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)between the two groups in terms of first-aid theoretical knowledge,first-aid skills,and first-aid self-confidence before training.After the first and third month of training,the scores of the two groups in first-aid theoretical knowledge,skills,and confidence were higher than before training(P<0.05),and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Conducting first-aid training based on forgetting curve among community elderly care staffs has a good effect and is worth promoting.
