摘 要:为解决传统自然资源执法监察中存在的效率低下、信息不对称、手段单一、识别困难等问题,本文引入城市网格化管理理念,融合无人机倾斜摄影、人工智能、大数据分析以及移动地理信息系统(GIS)等多种先进技术,探讨了全新的自然资源执法监察网格化管理工作机制,搭建了自然资源执法监察系统,并对系统的关键技术进行了阐述,极大地提升了执法监察的精准度和响应速度,为高效、精准的自然资源管理提供了强有力的技术支持,推动了自然资源执法监察的信息化、智能化发展。In order to solve the problems of low efficiency,asymmetric information,single means,and difficult identification in traditional law enforcement and supervision of natural resources,this paper introduced the concept of urban grid management and integrated various advanced technologies such as unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)tilt photography,artificial intelligence,big data analysis,and mobile geographic information system(GIS).The paper also discussed a new grid management mechanism for law enforcement and supervision of natural resources and constructed a law enforcement and supervision system of natural resources.In addition,the paper elaborated on the key technologies of the system,which greatly improved the precision and response speed of law enforcement and supervision,provided strong technical support for efficient and accurate natural resources management,and promoted the information and intelligent development of law enforcement and supervision of natural resources.
