摘　　要：文化安全关乎国家稳定、民族团结、精神传承,是国家总体安全的重要组成部分,新发展阶段文化产业安全发展对于维护国家文化安全具有重要意义,是构建双循环新发展格局的新动力。针对新发展阶段文化产业发展中存在的问题,采用归纳分析法,从当前文化产业发展现状出发,分析新发展阶段文化产业发展的重要意义及面临的挑战,从优化文化产业体系、完善文化产业发展结构、健全文化产业生态系统等方面,提出新发展阶段文化产业发展路径。研究结论为推动文化产业高质量发展提供参考。Cultural security is related to national stability,ethnic unity,and spiritual inheritance,and is an important component of overall national security.The safe development of cultural industry in the new development stage is of great significance for maintaining national cultural security and is a new driving force for building a new development pattern of dual circulation.In response to the problems in the safe development of the cultural industry in the new development stage,the method of inductive analysis is adopted.Starting from the current development status of the cultural industry,the significance and challenges faced by the development of the cultural industry in the new development stage are analyzed.From the aspects of optimizing the cultural industry system,improving the development of the cultural industry structure,and perfecting the cultural industry ecosystem,the development path of the cultural industry in the new development stage is proposed.The research conclusions provide reference for promoting the high-quality development of the cultural industry.
