摘  要:针对“双碳”目标下大庆市能源转型问题,利用TOPSIS法对2016—2022年大庆市能源转型效果进行评价,并运用熵权法构建基于能源供给能力、能源供给效率、能源消耗结构、能源消耗强度、社会产业维度的大庆市能源转型评价指标体系,分析大庆市能源转型过程中存在的问题。研究表明:2016—2022年大庆市能源转型水平整体呈上升趋势,其中能源供给效率、能源消耗结构、社会产业发展评价分数提升较为显著,在此基础上对大庆市能源转型评价指标进行灰色关联度分析,提出大庆市能源转型路径。研究结论为大庆市以及其他资源型城市能源转型提供参考。In response to the issue of energy transformation in Daqing City under the"Dual Carbon"target,the TOPSIS method is used to evaluate the energy transformation effect of Daqing City from 2016 to 2022,and the entropy weight method is used to construct an evaluation index system for the energy transformation of Daqing City based on energy supply capacity,energy supply efficiency,energy consumption structure,energy consumption intensity,and social industry development.The problems existing in the energy transformation process of Daqing City are analyzed.Research has shown that the overall level of energy transformation in Daqing City has been on the rise from 2016 to 2022,with significant improvements in energy supply efficiency,energy consumption structure,and evaluation scores for social industry development.On this basis,grey correlation analysis is conducted on the evaluating indicator of energy transformation in Daqing City,and a path for energy transformation in Daqing City is proposed.The research findings provide reference for the energy transformation of Daqing City and other resource-based cities.
