摘　　要：有效发挥广大嵌入在特定经济空间内的贸易中介内生交易效率优势对中国出口增长的促进作用,成为促进当前中国开放型经济发展、建设更高水平开放型经济新体制的迫切需求。基于交易成本理论、代理理论及资源基础理论,揭示了贸易中介存在与发展的理论基础,进而阐释贸易中介空间集聚促进开放型经济发展的内在机理。研究认为,贸易中介的空间集聚不仅可以降低出口的固定成本,而且可以减少贸易的可变成本。贸易中介的空间邻近性可以使其通过知识外溢性获取国际贸易经验技能、市场信息及专业知识,同时贸易中介空间集聚使得出口市场竞争加剧进而产生市场创造效应。应因地制宜地配置与促进贸易中介的地区性或市场型集聚,全面推动开放型经济高水平发展。To effectively make the use of endogenous transaction efficiency advantages of trade intermediaries embedded in a specific economic space in promoting China’s export growth has become an urgent need to promote the current development of China’s open economy and build a new system of higher-level open economy.Based on the transaction cost theory,agency theory and resource-based theory,this paper reveals the theoretical basis for the existence and development of trade intermediaries,and further explains the internal mechanism of the spatial agglomeration of trade intermediary to promote the development of open economy.It is concluded that the spatial agglomeration of trade intermediaries can not only reduce the fixed cost of export,but also decrease the variable cost of trade.The spatial proximity of trade intermediaries can enable them to acquire international trade experience and skills,market information and professional knowledge through knowledge spillover.Meanwhile,the spatial agglomeration of trade intermediaries intensifies competition in export markets and creates market creation effects.We should allocate and promote the regional or market-oriented agglomeration of trade intermediaries according to local conditions,and comprehensively promote the high-level development of open economy.
