摘　　要：人民法庭治理型功能的探讨是对新时代“枫桥经验”的创新发展,文章通过人民法庭对本地区治理资源的挖掘利用,扩展纠纷治理渠道和主体,引入数治技术便民利民,将纠纷化解在萌芽,以促进基层社会治理的法治化水平。治理型功能的发挥以共识凝练和机制创新为基础,在描摹人民法庭参与基层治理现实局限的基础上,尝试解释乡村社区对治理型功能需求的内在机理,以期达成共识。在法庭创新上,结合F县法院共享法庭建设经验,提供一个契合司法治理型功能的实践样板,以此为人民法庭的新发展提供智识。The exploration of the governance function of the people's court is an innovative development of the“Fengqiao Experience”in the new era.The article explores how people's courts can tap into and utilize the governance resources in their jurisdiction to expand the channels for resolving disputes and diversify the subjects involved.It also introduces digital governance technologies to benefit the public.The aim is to resolve disputes at an early stage and to promote legal governance in grassroots communities.The development of governance function is based on consensus building and mechanism innovation.On the basis of describing the practical limitations of the people's court in participating in grassroots governance,this article attempts to explain the inner mechanism of the rural communities demand for governance functions,in order to reach a consensus.In terms of court innovation,combined with the experience of shared court construction of F County People's Court,this article provides a practical model that fits the judicial governance function,so as to provide wisdom for the further development of the people's court.
